It's Saturday afternoon. You and your best friend, Corky, have just
returned home from a busy
"Boy, What a boring day this has been," you say to Corky as you plop yourself down in
front of your computer to check your e-mail. "I sure wish something interesting would
happen to us instead of just the same old nothing, day after day."
After a few moments you log into your e-mail account.
"Maybe one of our friends will have something interesting to tell us," you hope as you wait
for your mail to downlode.
But, since you don't have anything better to do, you finally decide to open it.
"That's strange, Corky. Look at this e-mail someone sent me. All it says is:
and nothing more! You're the computer expert around here. Can you figure out what means?"
Corky comes over and looks at the message. "Hmm ... It's obviously some kind of URL," he says.
As you both stare at the strange message on your computer screen, you suddenly have the odd sensation that someone else is in the room with you. Turning your chair around, you catch a fleeting glimpse of a beautiful woman in black as she runs out the door.
"Hey! Come back here!" you shout.
The woman pauses briefly, smiles at you, and then runs toward an old deserted building across the street. But before she disappears into the building she reaches into her pocket and takes out a small strip of yellow paper, tears it into four pieces, and then drops three of the pieces into a nearby trashcan.
"Now who do you suppose that was?" you ask Corky. "And what was she doing in my home?"
You and Corky run to the deserted building only to discover that the front door is now locked from the inside.
"Guess she got away from us," you admit. "And now we'll never find out who she is or what she wanted. But ... maybe we can find a clue on those pieces of paper she just threw away."
You and Corky walk over to the trashcan and Corky retrieves the three pieces of paper:

"Just some meaningless gibberish," you say as you toss the three scraps of paper back into the trashcan.
You both start heading back home but, just as you begin crossing the street, Corky notices another small piece of paper in the gutter. He picks it up and examines it:

"More trash!" you exclaim as you grab the tiny piece of paper and walk back over to the trashcan to do your civic duty. "Every litter bit hurts, y'know!"
Are you stuck in the game and don't know what to do next?
